New build or retrofit

Building new, or already living in it?

The answer decides the system. Both end in the same place: one app for the whole house.

Wired

New build or full renovation

We join early, at the drawings stage, and work with your consultant and contractor. Cables go in before the walls close.

Best fit: Loxone · KNX (GVS) · structured network cabling

Wireless

Existing home, no rewiring

Simon Zigbee smart switches replace the switches you have. Wireless sensors and curtain motors add the rest.

Best fit: Zigbee (Simon) · Home Assistant · UniFi or Omada Wi-Fi

Questions

Smart home questions, answered

How much does a smart home cost in Kuwait?

It depends on the size of the home, the systems you choose and whether it is a new build or a retrofit. Our quote form has ranges from 750 KD upward. After a site visit you get a written offer with each system and brand named.

Can I start small?

Yes. Many clients start with lighting and curtains in the main rooms, then add cameras, intercom or more rooms later.

Can you make my home smart without rewiring?

Yes. Simon Zigbee smart switches replace the switches you have, plus wireless sensors and curtain motors.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Wall switches keep working, and systems with a local controller (Zigbee hub, Loxone, KNX or Home Assistant) keep running scenes and schedules. Remote access from outside returns when the internet does.
