KNX Building Automation with GVS in Kuwait
KNX is the open, wired standard for home and building control. We design and install KNX systems with GVS devices for villas, offices and commercial buildings.
What is KNX?
KNX is an international standard for building control, used by hundreds of manufacturers. Devices share one bus cable, and each device carries its own logic, so there is no single central box that everything depends on.
Because the standard is open, you are not tied to one brand. Certified KNX devices from other makers can be added later.
Who it's for
New villas
Wired control in every room.
Office buildings
Lighting and climate by floor and zone.
Hotels and commercial buildings
A standard that facility teams know.
What you can control

Switching and dimming on every circuit.

Presence and daylight
Lights that respond to people and daylight.
Energy metering

New build or retrofit?
KNX needs a bus cable to every device, so it fits new builds and full renovations. For an existing home without rewiring, see Zigbee with Simon switches.

KNX: common questions
What is the difference between KNX and Loxone?
Both are wired. KNX is an open standard shared by many brands, with logic spread across the devices. Loxone is one brand with a central Miniserver. We recommend one after reviewing your drawings.
Can I extend a KNX system later?
Yes. New KNX devices can be added on the same bus, as long as the cable reaches them.
Does KNX work with Home Assistant?
Yes. Home Assistant connects to KNX through a KNX IP interface, so KNX sits in one app with your other systems.
