Home Assistant Integration in Kuwait
Home Assistant joins every brand in the building into one app. We use it when you want central control of switches, AC, cameras, intercom and Wi-Fi in one place.
What is Home Assistant?
Home Assistant is free, open-source home automation software. It runs on a small computer in your home and connects to thousands of device types from different brands.
Control stays local, so lights and scenes keep working if the internet goes down. Remote access is set up when you need it.
Who it's for
Homes with several brands
One app instead of five.
Existing smart homes
Bring the devices you already own together.
Offices
One dashboard for lights, AC and access.
What you get
One dashboard
On your phone or a wall tablet.
Lights from any system
Simon, Loxone or KNX in the same app.
AC and climate
Temperatures and timers for each room.
Cameras and intercom
See who is at the door, next to your other controls.
Automations across brands
For example: front door opens, hall lights turn on.
Energy monitoring
See usage over the day and the month.
New build or retrofit?
Both. In a new build, Home Assistant sits on top of Loxone or KNX. In an existing home, it pairs with Simon Zigbee and the devices you already have.
Why Unify Automation
- We name and organise every device, so the app is easy for the whole family.
- Dashboards and scenes built around how you use each room.
- Updates and support under an annual maintenance contract.
Home Assistant: common questions
Do I need the internet for Home Assistant?
Not for local control. The internet is needed for remote access and for devices that only work through a cloud service.
Can it connect the devices I already own?
Often, yes. Home Assistant supports a very wide range of brands. We check each device on the site visit.
Who keeps it updated?
We can, under an annual maintenance contract (AMC), so updates are tested before they reach your system.
